Here is the latest update on our renovation project

Welcome Dundree Knolls. We are a condominium community located between Oakland Street and Quincy Street on Columbia Pike in Arlington Va. Our community will soon begin a significant construction project to update the look of each home and repair and replace several common elements in the community and on individual homes.
This Web site was created to inform the community about the construction project and to provide other information related to living in the community in general. We hope you will check the site regularly for updates. Follow us on Twitter for immediate updates on all things Dundree Knolls related.
Repair and Maintenance Issues
Certain repair and maintenance issues related to your home's common elements can be directed to the Dundree Knolls management company. The company's contact information is listed below. Contact Procam if you think your home's repair may be the responsibility of the community.

A few reminders about trash:
- Normal household trash shall ONLY be placed out from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day). It must never be put out the night before.
- Recyclable items shall ONLY be placed out from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Tuesday (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day).
- Residents who place trash outside a unit before/after the authorized times, in an unauthorized location, and/or not in sealed trash bags will be charged $50 for non compliance for each occurrence.
